NewSA FAQs
Like everything posted here, this is for the community to add to and expand. But here are a few FAQs to get us started.
For anyone exploring this space, please review the following to get a true sense of what this community is about. If this grows and gets the attention of the establishment, you can be sure all sorts of falsehoods and nonsense will be claimed and spread in an effort to discredit us. This list of FAQs is being posted early to establish a record of what we are and what we are not:
“Is this a secessionist, “insurrectionist”, or white-nationalist movement?”
No. This FAQ is number one because the smear machine will latch onto this kind of rhetoric.
However, we simply acknowledge that many on the Right and Left are no longer able to find a common ground upon which to base a Nation. Some form of physical separation is likely to occur, and this community is about ensuring that it is amicable and ready.
Being an “insurrectionist” would imply we want to replace the Constitution or render it moot. For that you should head on over to the numerous BLM and Antifa sites and associated social media accounts, or just tune into most cable news commentators.
Remember that the oaths of office taken by many public officials call for “defending the Constitution, from all enemies foreign and domestic.” They do not call for defending the Government because what if it became the very thing that is violating our Rights (clearly a rhetorical question these days)?
Finally, the NewSA is to be a place where all races and backgrounds are welcome. Indeed, unlike in much of America today, race and other forms of “identity” won’t be discussed ad nauseum or obsessed over.
“Oh, so you’re a racist movement then?”
No. But we are firmly “anti Anti-Racist”, with “Anti-racism” as defined by Woke religious prophets like Ibram X. Kindi. We do not agree that “the only remedy to past racism is present racism, and the only remedy to present racism is future racism.” That is the sole domain of actual racists, of which this community wants no part.
“Is the NewSA a physically separate nation? Or is this a ‘virtual’ nation, of people throughout the US trying to work within the systems as-is?”
Yes. As in each are valid approaches in their own right. However, as Gab founder Andrew Torba has discussed on many forums, along with Dave Reaboi at Late Republic Nonsense, conservatives need to build:
parallel infrastructures for computing and communication
financial systems on which transactions cannot be spied upon
a network of stores, businesses, banks, medical practitioners, and more who are openly friendly to conservatives and indeed anyone not supportive of the Left’s Cancel Culture
While all of these could exist anywhere, as long as any Leftist, authoritarian busybodies exist with any level of power in your state, they will work tirelessly to ensure these efforts fail or are made enormously more difficult. This doesn’t even count the interference from the Federal bureaucracy.
“If a National Divorce occurs, how do we really make this work? We are so entangled and inter-connected today vs. 1776 or 1860.”
Now this is getting to the heart of what this community is to be about, with your humble author providing food for thought and discussion. That said, here are some key points which will be expanded upon in later postings:
We must make this appealing to the Control Freak class (“the lizard people” as Tom Woods calls them) in Washington DC and the Blue parts of our states. Not appealing to their frustrations with trying to make America “better” and more “progressive” would be a potentially fatal (and violent) mistake. We have to outline clearly how their lives would be much better having total control over their own areas and people (a population all too willing and enthusiastic to trade in their liberty for the blanket of safety provided by the State) vs. always being slowed by those “conservatives” they see as beneath them.
Our technology makes having potentially non-contiguous borders much more doable than in the past. As author Brion McClanahan espouses, there’s no reason for the states to separate in monolithic units. This could be done on a county-by-county basis, or in any other agreed-upon way. Each state would be best served by having its own commission of community representatives and/or the State Legislature determine the final map, and if necessary divide the state into two or more new entities. Any areas which are not contiguous, such as a very Blue city or county surrounded by Red ones, aren’t as much of an issue as it would have been in 1860, as long as communication lines and roads are freely open for passage to other Blue communities…and the same courtesy provided in the reverse scenario of course.
Recent history can be our guide. Remember the Soviet Union dissolved from one large nation into fifteen independent counties, each with their own language, currency and financial systems, government bodies, military, etc. in a year. This is not to suggest the way in which they performed their own National Divorce is something we should emulate, given the decade of economic instability and even poverty that resulted from it. However, it was overall a peaceful transition vs. what could have been an ethnic or nuclear bloodbath.
“Is this only a place for ideas and discussion, or are we actually going to DO something?”
There are many, much more learned scholars running their own blogs, podcasts, etc. on this and the many serious problems facing America today. Many I’ve mentioned here and will continue to mention as education is paramount for all of us, especially our children.
However, this community is about taking action in two key areas:
Organizing and doing what we can within the current USA, referred to as the OldSA.
Being prepared with the principles, documents, and other starting points to begin the National Divorce process.
We will accomplish this by building a network of like-minded people across all current 50 states, in preparation for a new Constitutional Convention should it become necessary to create the NewSA.
This is just the beginning of this FAQ and this movement. Post ideas for more below!
Hi Tex, I found you on Etana's "Clown World - Honk" substack. I like your basic ideas as presented here. My concern is that — from my perspective and experience — "the lizard people" includes people on the entire political continuum and not limited to "Blue" only. OldSA as you call it is simply corrupt, rife with pedos, drug lords/addicts, and actual practicing Satanists/Luciferians. It is my observation that the few "elected" politicians and their gov't lapdogs who aren't rotten to the core (someone like DeSantis, for example) are allowed in the system to give it the appearance of legitimacy for sane folks who unfortunately still believe that we need a ruling class (i.e., masters and slaves) — not to mention these few "role models" keep the tail wagging the big, big, big dog. I, too, love the principles in the Constitution, but my concern is that as long as we have a ruling class, there will be psychopaths to abuse those principles and people to agree to their own enslavement. On that note, I am going to subscribe to The NewSA to support a vision that is at least a step in a better direction: That is, away from the velvet chains of transhumanism, which I see as the ultimate goal of the black magicians.
The veneer of intellectualism here is not hiding the intent. This is anti-American and anti-democratic. Why dress it up? There is nothing here about understanding your fellow citizens that have different view than your own. Its all fantasies about dividing the nation not learning to live with your neighbors..
